Terms of Service

Last updated: April 2, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NetPilot's services at netpilot.io (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

NetPilot provides an AI-powered network lab emulator platform that enables users to design, test, and deploy network topologies in cloud-hosted environments. The Service includes web-based interfaces, APIs, and related tools.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly update any changes to your information
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the rights of others
  • Transmit malicious code or interfere with the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
  • Use the Service for any illegal or harmful purpose
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

5. Subscription and Payment

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay all applicable fees as described in your plan
  • Provide valid payment information
  • Authorize recurring charges for subscription renewals

The total amount for your selected plan (monthly or annual) is displayed on the pricing page and confirmed on the Stripe checkout page before you complete your purchase. By clicking "Subscribe," you acknowledge and agree to the displayed amount.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

All subscription fees are non-refundable. Once a billing cycle begins (monthly or annual), the fee for that cycle is final and cannot be refunded, in whole or in part.

Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal accessible from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access to paid features until then. No pro-rata refunds are issued for unused time remaining in a billing cycle.

Billing disputes. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at contact@netpilot.io before initiating a dispute with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving billing concerns promptly. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension of your account.

Exceptions. Refunds may be granted at NetPilot's sole discretion in cases of documented service outages or billing errors caused by NetPilot.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by NetPilot LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service, including network configurations and topologies.

8. Third-Party Software

The Service may utilize third-party network operating system images. You are responsible for complying with any licensing requirements for such software. NetPilot does not provide licenses for vendor-specific network images.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. NETPILOT DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NETPILOT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
